Mike's side of the story
Today we have a VERY special guest on the newsletter!!!
A few days after reviewing the events of the day together, I asked Mike if he would consider writing about his experience of the proposal, given it differed so drastically from mine LOL.
He enthusiastically agreed (read: obliged), and this is perhaps my favorite piece of writing on the newsletter to date.

Hello everyone, long time listener, first time caller. Katie has asked me to write about our proposal from my point of view, and I was happy to give “my side of the story.”
Like any relationship, you learn more and more about your partner over the years you’re together. What they like, what they value, their “tells,” if you will. And I can say with confidence that during the 24 hours leading up to P-day, the only “tell” I was picking up on was that she was pissed. About what? Red and I had absolutely no idea…
