has living with a partner made me healthier?

I read somewhere that it takes around 10 weeks to build a habit (66 days to be exact). And as of this week, Mike and I have been living together for about 10 weeks. Sounds so juvenile to put it this way, as if we’re treating the combining of our households like a newborn fetus (hello I am 1658.144 weeks old today).

Though it did get me thinking about building habits and if habits have shifted since moving in with a partner. And certainly this could apply to moving/living with other roommates, not necessarily romantic partnerships.

Because I think about health most working hours of the day, I was curious to see if our health habits have at all shifted since living together, either for the better or worse.

And I’ll answer some questions anonymously submitted by readers at the end!
