Herein lies a dramatic reading of the first letter we submitted for our first offer. This was the one that went for $250,000 over asking and we were the lowest offer (LOL).
Needless to say we didn’t get the place, but I had fun writing the letter!! It brought back a whole lot of memories over my last 7 years living in Cambridge/Boston.
